I would guess that I fall into The Contributor by default if only because I probably don't Tweet enough or have enough followers to be in any of the other ones. Everything in moderation sort of approach I guess. If you don't tweet so often that it is annoying then you are probably a Contributor. The other labels have faults whereas The Contributor is just a user and not an abuser. Great question Ryan!

I drift between most of those, except usually the "User." When new people follow me, if it looks like they'll be interesting, I'll start following them as well, usually on a trial basis.
